SAMUEL FRENCH OFF OFF BROADWAY
FESTIVAL FINALIST

For fifty years, a woman has concealed her face behind a veil, hiding from a world she believes can never accept her. On a deserted jetty at twilight, she encounters a mysterious stranger whose unsettling questions force her to confront the devastating events that changed her life forever.

As memories of childhood, love, tragedy, and a fractured relationship with her father unfold, the woman discovers that her deepest wounds may not be the ones she carries on her face. SCARS is a haunting, emotionally powerful drama about guilt, forgiveness, redemption, and the courage to finally reveal who we really are.
